Specifies requirements for alkyd/micaceous iron oxide paint used as a topcoat over the appropriate primer in paint systems for the protection of iron and steel against corrosion. The paint is suitable for application by brush, roller or spray. Tests are generally prescribed by reference to AS 1580.
