Specifies materials and mechanical properties for steel set screws and similar threaded fasteners not under tensile stresses of property classes 14H, 22H, 33H and 45H and with thread diameters from 1.6 mm up to and including 24 mm. The property class system is explained and test methods for the determination of mechanical properties are given. This Standard is identical with and has been reproduced from ISO 898-5:1998.
