This document describes the Digital Program Insertion Advertising Systems Interfaces' transportprotocols required for the exchange of messages defined in the individual parts of the SCTE 130specification.

Note: Security issues surrounding the transport protocols defined herein have been purposely omitted andare considered outside of the scope of this document.
