ETSI TS 119 403 contains requirements for the competence, consistent operation and impartiality of conformityassessment bodies assessing and certifying conformity of trust service providers (TSPs) and the trust services theyprovide towards defined criteria against which they claim conformance.The present document applies the general requirements of ISO/IEC 17065 [1] to the specific requirements ofconformity assessment of TSPs.
