The present document identifies and describes a number of practical methods that can be used to validate all types of standards produced by ETSI. The methods described are as follows:review methods;model-based methods;product-based methods; andtesting.It also gives guidance on how and when each of these methods can be used most effectively within ETSI's standards engineering process.
