Full Description

The present document specifies the data blocks given to the encryption unit and the mapping onto the free bits of aburst. It includes the specifications for encoding, reordering, interleaving, and detailed mapping onto the burst. It doesnot specify the channel decoding method. The definition is given for each kind of logical channel, starting with the dataprovided to the channel encoder by the speech coder, the data terminal equipment, or the controller of the Mobile EarthStation (MES).
