ETSI TS 103 189 specifies a set of end-to-end speech and video quality test extensions to TS 186 011-1 [4],TS 102 901 [2] and TS 103 029 [3]. In particular, it describes end-to-end tests based on instrumental assessment ofspeech samples, end-to-end tests based on instrumental assessment of video samples, other end-to-end tests in the voicechannel, end-to-end tests based on functional parameters and tests monitoring network performance parameters.In addition to that, a future extension of the tests is described in the present document. To some extent the end-to-endspeech and video quality tests are self-contained and are therefore provided as a self-standing document.
