ETSI TR 101 290 provides guidelines for measurement in Digital Video Broadcasting (DVB) satellite, cable andterrestrial and related digital television systems. The present document defines a number of measurement techniques,such that the results obtained are comparable when the measurement is carried out in compliance with the appropriatedefinition.The present document uses terminology used in EN 300 421 [i.5], EN 300 429 [i.6], EN 300 468 [i.7] andEN 300 744 [i.9] and it should be read in conjunctions with them.
