The present document identifies IPRs, particularly patents and patent applications, which have been notified to ETSI as being Essential, or potentially Essential, to ETSI Standards or Technical Specifications.Unless otherwise specified, all IPRs included into the present document have been notified to ETSI, with anundertaking from the owner to grant licences according to the terms and conditions of article 6.1 of the ETSI IPR Policy [i.1], Annex 6 of the ETSI Rules of Procedure [i.3].
