Full Description
ETSI TS 144 031 contains the definition of the Radio Resource LCS Protocol (RRLP) to be used between the Mobile Station (MS) and the Serving Mobile Location Centre (SMLC).Clause 2 defines the functionality of the protocol. Clause 3 describes the message structure, and Clause 4 the structure of components. Clause 5 contains the ASN.1 description of the components.
