The present document defines for User Equipment (UE) in E-UTRA FDD or TDD mode those special functions and their activation/deactivation methods that are required in UE for conformance testing purposes.This document also describes the operation of these special functions for UEs supporting E-UTRA FDD or TDD mode, when operating in UTRA FDD and TDD mode, in GSM/GPRS mode, and in CDMA2000 mode.
