The Ships Non-Ready for Issue (NON-RFI) Material Report will identify tothe Government storeroom items (SRI) and operating space items (OSI) that are not ready forissue (e.g., deteriorated, expired shelf-life items, etc.) and forms the basis for determiningappropriate disposal/restoration actions for Non-RFI Material on hand.
