Full Description

The Material Data Report (MDR) will be used to obtain the essential cost, technical and programmatic data for material items used in the development, procurement and sustainment of the contracted Prime Mission Product. The MDR will support the Acquisition and Sustainment processes by providing DOD analysts the data needed to improve the tools, techniques and methods used in support of cost estimating, program budgeting, operational logistics, operational readiness and overall program life cycle and configuration management.
