The Coordinated Shipboard Allowance List (COSAL) Baseline Asset File-Storeroom Item (BAF-SRI) Reconciliation Report identifies differences between the contractor's BAF-SRI and loading COSAL allowances, and it forms the basis for correcting or adjusting ordering documents, as necessary, to satisfy government loading COSAL allowance requirements.
