This publication provides guidance to help owners and operators identify OSHA PSM and EPA RMP covered processes and equipment classified as covered processes. The guidance targets the compressed gas industry and discusses often overlooked, covered processes such as cylinder storage. The application of the regulations is illustrated with many examples of scenarios typically encountered by users and manufacturers.
