A collection of 24 papers, with special emphasis on mathematical modeling of reinforced concrete structures subjected to wind and earthquake forces. Eight papers deal with various aspects of mathematical modeling of the nonlinear behavior of structural elements. A second group of six papers reports on experimental studies. Four papers relate to elastic analysis of structures and structural elements. Another group of papers covers topics of interest to practicing engineers.
