Describes the processes and documentation to be used in commissioning electricity sub-metering (ESM). The scope of this document includes on-site verification of labeling, wiring, communications, and proper circuit assignments for accurate energy consumption measurement. It is intended to be the basis of a NEMA commissioning certification program.
