Full Description
IEC 60862-1:2015 specifies the methods of test and general requirements for SAW filters of assessed quality using either capability approval or qualification approval procedures. This edition includes the following significant technical changes with respect to the previous edition:- the terms and definitions from IEC 60862-2:2002 are included;
- the measurement method for the balanced type filter is described;
- the electrostatic discharge (ESD) sensitivity test procedure is considered.
