This part of PAS 2012 specifies requirements for the retail of wheelchair accessible vehicles (WAVs)that conform to PAS 2012-1. It covers requirements for:
a) the supply of product information to the user;
b) the provision of user demonstrations;
c) suitability assessment reports;
d) warranty information;
e) customer records; and
f) the user manual.

This part of PAS 2012 specifies information that a WAV retailer is required to provide to a potentialpurchaser of a WAV.
