This addendum implements changes to the ?Purpose?and ?Scope? of the standard that are contained in theapproved target title, purpose, and scope of the standard.These changes address how the standard relates to new andexisting buildings, clarifies its coverage of industrial and laboratoryspaces, and adds a caveat concerning situations whereoutdoor air quality may be poor.
