Conference Proceeding by ASHRAE, 1971
J. R. Swanton, Jr.
In stock
This report covers the second year of a continuing study first authorized by ASHRAE in March 1968, as RP-86.
A formal report on the work of the first year was rendered in March 1969. This final report covers the work since that time and completes the program as authorized by ASHRAE by letter of July 16, 1969.
The purpose of the study has been to learn by field tests applied to typical air-conditioning systems, whether or not these systems are effectively removing pollutants from air-conditioned spaces.
The study is limited to office type spaces and to three pollutants; particulates, sulfur dioxide, and ozone (oxidents expressed as ozone).
