Sets out the material, dimensions, properties, tests and marking requirements for black polyethylene pipe of Type 5 for use in cold water services, and in flush, overflow, warning and waste-pipe applications. The type designation refers to the maximum working stress of the material at 20oC, in megapascals, when in pipe form.
