Deals with concrete mixers of the following types: (a) free-full (drum) and forced action (pan or trough) batch mixers; and (b) truck type mixers of the fixed inclined axis revolving drum category and truck mixers used as agitators. Does not cover mixers specifically designed for mixing zero slump concrete such as those used in concrete block plants.
