This Standard establishes minimum food protection and sanitation requirements for the materials, design,construction, and performance of dispensing freezers and their related components.

This issue reaffirms test protocols added to sections 6.3, 6.4, and 6.5 that cover heat treatment dispensing freezers which are designed and manufactured to be used with pre-packaged product mix container(s) that are held in a refrigerated compartment at <41F.
