Full Description

This standard describes an infrastructure that supports a data collection system to capturebiometric data from persons of military interest that may present a threat to nationalsecurity. Persons of military interest include EPW, detained personnel, civilian internees,and other military detainees. Biometric data currently collected from Red forcepersonnel includes fingerprints and facial images.
