This technical report compiles and provides additional information beyond that supplied in FC-MJSQ toclarify the jitter and signal quality specification clauses of the relevant physical interfaces. It specifies budgetmethods for equalized and non-equalized links and specifies and describes methods of measurementfor links using a reference receiver. The technical report specifies test patterns for scrambled and unscrambledlinks. The technical report also specifies channel characteristics that have not been previouslyaddressed.
