It includes material concerning the level of protection to be provided at an airport, the critical areaconcept and the method by which the amount of extinguishing agents has been related to the critical area. Themanual also contains information on RFF vehicle specifications, extinguishing agent characteristics, siting of firestations and operating procedures for dealing with an emergency.
