Full Description

The purpose of this specification is to describe and define a recommended set of Teleservices to be supported by a GSM PLMN in connection with other networks as a basis for defining the network capabilities required. Teleservices not included in this specification should not be introduced unilateraly by a mobile network operator, if the provision of this service requires that the GSM signalling specifications are modified.
