Full Description

This European Telecommunication Standard [ETS] is an introduction to GSM EFR 06.60, GSM EFR 06.11, GSM EFR 06.62, GSM EFR 06.81 and GSM EFR 06.82 ETSs dealing with the speech processing functions in the enhanced full rate channel of the GSM system.
