To produce an interoperability air-interface profile for DECT-RLL application: RAP (RLL Access Profile), based on the DECT Generic Access Profile (GAP), providing a minimum of service level, i.e. the so called POTS services, and optional extensions including 64 kbit/s bearer service, ISDN services and broadband packet services.
