To define the Harmonised standard for DECT/GSM dual-mode portables/mobiles with the aim of achieving inter-operability between DECT/GSM portables/mobiles and GAP or GSM infrastructure. To investigate which additional essential requirements to TBR 022 and the GSM TBRs (see TC SMG) have to be considered for the type approval of DECT/GSM dual-mode portables/mobiles.
