The published TR contains a blank System Reference Document and guidance on its use to assist technical bodies to provide appropriate information on systems, in particular for ERC to identify appropriate access to radio spectrum. This new work item corresponds to a number of improvements of the published document, in particular addition of: -number of the SRDoc and keywords status of the SRDoc and possible difficulties encountered (eg. reservations and corresponding reasons)
