1. To define the services that would be available for TETRA terminals (MSs) from which all transmissions are temporarily inhibited by the terminal user in both Trunked Mode and Direct Mode 2. To identify any additional signalling messages that are required to inform the TETRA infrastructure of the 'receive-only' status of the terminal 3.
