Full Description

The objective of this paper is to provide a simple means of delivering a "wake-up call" to small systems -- to alert owners, managers, and customers to the true nature of the decisions they must face around the next bend. This paper is offers twelve categories of questions to assess small water system viability. It has been undertaken as a project of the AWWA Guidance Committee to Small Systems. The authors are actively seeking comments and suggestions for improvement in this product.
