Full Description

This standard applies to single-effect steam and hot fluid operated water chilling units, double-effect steam and hot fluid operated water chilling units, and double-effect direct-fired (natural gas, oil, LP gas) water chilling/ heating units. Also included are multiple-effect and multi-loop cycle absorption water chiller/heating units. Water is the refrigerant and LIBR (lithium bromide) the absorbent.
