This standard applies to hermetic Liquid Line Filters designed for use in the liquid line of all types of refrigeration and air-conditioning systems employing the following refrigerants: R-22, R-134a, R-290, R-404A, R-407A, R-407C, R-410A, R-507A, R-600a, and R-744 as defined in ANSI/ASHRAE 34 with Addenda.
