This chapter provides the roadmap to implement a Load Research study in three major steps: 1) soliciting customer participation, 2) installing the hardware, and 3) collecting interval data. Subsidiary tasks are described such as following an appropriate regular maintenance schedule for equipment and monitoring incoming data quality.
